Orders can be placed online using our secure site. Alternatively, you can place your order by phoning 1-306-435-4363/1-306-435-9465.
Payment Information
Payment can be made online using VISA , Mastercard or Paypal, using our secure site, or you can send a certified cheque or International money order through regular mail. Please make certified cheques and money orders out to 'Ice Excellence'. We're sorry!! - No Personal cheques for customers outside Canada. It is too difficult to verify funds across borders and the banks place a 30 day hold. Please note that your order will not be shipped until we have confirmation that funds are released into our account. A $10.00 charge will be added for any NSF cheques.
Next Steps
Once your order has been received, you will receive an email confirming your order. I can be reached via e-mail at: ice.excellence@sasktel.net if you have any further questions or concerns. When your order ships, you are automatically sent an email with the tracking number. It is sent to the email address you entered on your order. You can track your order by clicking "order tracking" at the top right hand corner and entering your order number.
Custom Skating Dress and Dance Costumes
Once custom skating dress and dance costume orders are started, 40% of the quoted price will be held on a credit card and is non-refundable. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, PLEASE do not hesitate to contact us.
Privacy Statement
For each visitor to my Web page, my Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.
