Sales Policy 

Due to the varied locations of my manufacturers, some of which are located outside Canada, I cannot guarantee that any orders shipped from my manufacturers to my customers will always arrive in a timely manner.  This is due to the fact that shipments crossing international borders may be delayed by the Customs Service, which is beyond my manufacturers' and my control. 

Please note that sometimes my manufacturers discontinue products without my knowledge. If you order a product(s) that has been discontinued, I will notify you promptly so that you can select an alternative product(s) or receive a full refund. 

Return and Exchange Policy 

Ice Excellence makes every effort to advise customers on the sizing specifications of each of my manufacturers.  Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee a perfect fit over the internet and I understand sometimes returns and exchanges are unavoidable.  I strive for and believe in 100% satisfaction.  If for any reason you would like to return your item(s) you may do so within 10 days of receipt for a full ONLINE STORE CREDIT, however shipping and handling fees are not refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer.  All merchandise must be returned in original condition with tags intact and authorized by email.  Returns shipped freight collect will not be accepted.  I do not accept returns of worn or laundered merchandise. NO EXCEPTIONS!  You must pay the shipping charges to return the garment to the address given to you.  If it is an exchange, I will then pay the shipping charges of the items being sent back to you for one exchange only.

Must be sent postage paid.  Must be in new, resaleable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached. ALL TIGHTS ARE A FINAL SALE.  Must include instructions telling us what you would like done with your returned items.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages, we strongly suggest you insure your return shipment. 

All custom made skating dresses and custom made dance costumes are non-refundable.  All team orders are a FINAL SALE.    

WARRANTIES

All warranties and guarantees are those of the manufacturer.  We will assist you in any warranty claim that may arise.  Warranties are not made by Ice Excellence on any item.
