Sales Policy
Due to the varied locations of my manufacturers, some of which are located outside Canada, I cannot guarantee that any orders shipped from my manufacturers to my customers will always arrive in a timely manner. This is due to the fact that shipments crossing international borders may be delayed by the Customs Service, which is beyond my manufacturers' and my control.
Please note that sometimes my manufacturers discontinue products without my knowledge. If you order a product(s) that has been discontinued, I will notify you promptly so that you can select an alternative product(s) or receive a full refund.
Return and Exchange Policy
Ice Excellence makes every effort to advise customers on the sizing specifications of each of my manufacturers. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee a perfect fit over the internet and I understand sometimes returns and exchanges are unavoidable. Regardless of the reason for the return or exchange, I will gladly reimburse you for the full price of the item(s) excluding shipping and handling providing the following conditions are met:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within the first 15 days after you receive your order. All merchandise must be returned in original condition with tags intact. I do not accept returns of worn or laundered merchandise. NO EXCEPTIONS! You must pay the shipping charges to return the garment to the address given to you. If it is an exchange, I will then pay the shipping charges of the items being sent back to you for one exchange only.
- Must be sent postage paid.
- Must be in new, resaleable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached. ALL TIGHTS ARE A FINAL SALE
- Must include instructions telling us what you would like done with your returned items
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages, we strongly suggest you insure your return shipment

All custom made skating dresses and custom made dance costumes are non-refundable.

In the event of defective goods or a shipping error, I will absorb any additional shipping charges associated with the item. All returns must be authorized by email. Which means you should send an email to ice.excellence@sasktel.net requesting a return authorization number. Please include in the email the products you are returning and your order number. You will be issued a return authorization number. Please write the return authorization number on the return form and include it with the merchandise when you ship it back to the address given to you.

I will pay for one re-shipment on items returned for size.

I cannot guarantee that I can credit you the purchase price if you do not receive a Return Authorization number. Returns shipped freight collect will not be accepted.

Refused Packages: Refused shipments will still be charged actual outbound shipping charges and any costs incurred by Ice Excellence for return shipment. Refused items, except with my express written authorization, are subject to a 20% restock charge.
WARRANTIES
All warranties and guarantees are those of the manufacturer. We will assist you in any warranty claim that may arise. Warranties are not made by Ice Excellence on any item.
